How Does the Process Work?
Start by placing an order using the Schedule Your Appointment Now button below. The order form will start by asking questions about the rental property, then will transition to having you choose which services your interested in, selecting a date/time for your appointment, and then finalizing your order by providing payment information. You'll receive an immediate email from us confirming your order. From there, we'll arrive at the rental property on the scheduled date/time of your appointment. If someone is there to meet us, great, we look forward to meeting them, but if not, no worries, we'll let us ourselves in (using the access info you provided). Once we're done, we'll leave the property the same way we found it (unless otherwise requested). From there, we'll get started editing the photos, and once complete, we'll deliver those to you electronically within a couple of days. If you have any questions throughout this process, we suggest responding to the confirmation email for the order or email us at info@northernexposurephotography.com.
All photo packages include the use of HDR (High Dynamic Range) technology, professional editing, and minor spot removal. In addition, all images include a blue sky, are MLS compliant, delivered within days and are made available via electronic download.
